Camp Retreat Experience

Two summers and ten years apart, Penny Watts found herself back at Camp Sunny Hills for four weeks, giving love one last chance. Raised on Bug Juice and the Parent Trap, summer camp was always a dream for 16-year-old Penny. This dream became a reality when her mother took a nursing job at Camp Sunny Hills, allowing Penny to experience the joys of camp life - swimming in the lake, the scent of campfire smoke in the air, and the delicious taste of s'mores.

However, Penny's dream turned into a nightmare when she fell in love with a boy who ended up breaking her heart, making her swear to never return to Sunny Hills. Fast forward ten years, Penny had kept her promise and built a life she was content with until unforeseen circumstances led her back to the camp.

Though reluctant at first, Penny saw the silver lining in getting to spend time in nature and enjoy endless s'mores. Her perfect summer took an unexpected turn when she discovered that her boss, the camp director, was the same boy who had hurt her in the past.
